Scholar Admission

BHGH scholars are typically referred to us by school teachers, school counselors, churches, social workers, the Boys and Girls Clubs, the Pappas School, and other non-profit collaborators. Students are selected from pockets of poverty within central Phoenix where unemployment, underemployment, gang activity, single-parent families and dropout rates are prevalent.
